Canada Women lost to Iran and Morocco but won their last match against England. Morocco went on to win a bronze.
The men's side lost all three matches in their pool against Greece, South Korean and France.
Canada did win the fighting spirit award :)
Barbara Marian won one of the top official awards too.

The new team ranking system being used by creating 6 pools with the top 6 ranked teams spread out amongst the pools (like Soccer) will be interesting-gives womens team a good chance to advance. Then the new round robin rules along with new competition rules combied with electronic scoring --this is gonna be an interesting experiment for sure. Good luck team Canada.
